• Freo City Dockers Open with a Flourish

    Over the past 18 months, the Fremantle City Dockers have been on the up and up. A name and colour change to align themselves with the Port City’s AFL side was just the beginning, with the alliance being a fantastic one for the juniors. Next came the Flanagan Flank, and Dick Lawrence Oval found itself able to have night sessions with the erection of light towers on the ground. Fast forward to September and the club also found themselves picking up the South Fremantle District Club of the Year.
