Community Multicultural Officer

Russell Higgins is the new Community Multicultural Officer for South Fremantle, East Fremantle, Perth and East Perth Districts. Russell is originally from the country Victorian town of Lang Lang and has worked at the Australian Open and in Tonga developing sport. Russell has a degree in Sports Coaching and Administration and will be a valuable member of football development in the next 18 months.
